Kelley Brooke

Founder and CEO

For more than three decades, Kelley Brooke has built one of the most innovative and successful golf management companies in the Northeast. As CEO of Brooke Management Group, she has earned a national reputation for transforming golf facilities through visionary leadership, operational excellence, hospitality, technology, and customer experience. Her unique ability to reimagine underperforming facilities has resulted in dramatic financial growth while creating some of the most exciting public golf experiences in the country.

Today, Brooke Management Group manages an expanding portfolio of golf facilities throughout New York, including Harbor Links Golf Course, Pine Ridge Golf Club, Bethpage State Park, Montauk Downs Golf Course, Merrick Golf Course, and Lido Golf Club. Through a variety of long-term management agreements and operating partnerships, the company provides expertise in golf operations, instruction, hospitality, food and beverage, marketing, customer experience, and strategic business development.

Among the portfolio are two of New York's most celebrated public golf destinations. Bethpage State Park, home of the world-famous Black Course and host of multiple U.S. Opens, the PGA Championship, Ryder Cup, and numerous national championships, is consistently recognized among the finest public golf facilities in America by both Golf Digest and GOLF Magazine. Likewise, Montauk Downs Golf Course, designed by Robert Trent Jones Sr., is regularly recognized among New York's premier public golf courses and continues to earn accolades in statewide rankings for its championship layout and conditioning.

Kelley's business philosophy is simple: create unforgettable, elevated customer experiences through innovation. Throughout her career she has consistently identified opportunities where others saw limitations, transforming traditional golf facilities into vibrant hospitality and entertainment destinations. From elevated food and beverage concepts and technology-enhanced practice facilities to robotic food delivery, premium instruction, entertainment programming, and modern clubhouse experiences, Kelley has become widely recognized as one of the golf industry's most forward-thinking operators.

That philosophy was on full display in 2025 when Brooke Management Group assumed management of Harbor Links Golf Course in Port Washington, New York. Within the first year, Harbor Links experienced one of the most successful operational turnarounds in its history, increasing annual gross revenue by more than 25 percent. The facility introduced the nation's first robotic food and beverage delivery systems on a golf course, developed a state-of-the-art covered driving range with advanced golf technology, expanded hospitality offerings, and redefined what a municipal golf facility could become.

Building on that momentum, Kelley purchased Pine Ridge Golf Club in 2026. Kelley is currently leading a comprehensive transformation of the property, including extensive golf course renovations, irrigation improvements, strategic tree management, clubhouse redevelopment, elevated culinary and hospitality experiences, robotic course delivery, a new covered technology driving range, and the creation of one of Long Island's premier semi-private golf clubs.

Long before becoming one of golf's most respected business leaders, Kelley established herself as one of the country's premier instructors. A longtime disciple of legendary instructor Butch Harmon, Kelley developed her teaching philosophy through years of studying Harmon's simple, practical approach to the golf swing while combining it with modern technology and biomechanics. That philosophy has allowed her to teach more than 60,000 golf lessons, helping everyone from first-time golfers to elite amateurs and professionals improve their games.

Her instructional accomplishments have earned some of the highest honors in the profession. Kelley was named the 2018 LPGA Professional of the Year, one of the Association's most prestigious awards, and the 2024 LPGA Northeast Section Teacher of the Year. In 2026, she was recognized as a Schnepps Media Long Island Power List Honoree, celebrating her leadership, business success, and impact throughout Long Island. Earlier in her career, she was named one of Golf Range Magazine's Top 50 Golf Instructors in America.

Kelley currently serves as Vice President of the LPGA Northeast Section, helping shape the future of the Association through professional education, mentorship, leadership development, and tournament opportunities for LPGA Professionals throughout the region. She also heads the Golf Channel Academy with Kelley Brooke, leading one of the Northeast's largest instructional programs.

While Kelley's business accomplishments have garnered national attention, she considers her greatest achievement to be introducing the game of golf to thousands of children that normally would never have had the chance to play golf.

Recognizing the lack of affordable golf opportunities for young people in New York City, Kelley founded the NYC Junior Golf Club, a nonprofit organization providing instruction, leagues, tournaments, scholarships, and year-round programming for hundreds of junior golfers.

She also created the Police Athletic League (PAL) Golf Program, developing the curriculum, training instructors, and introducing more than 4,000 economically disadvantaged children throughout New York City to the game of golf. The program became one of the city's largest youth golf initiatives and demonstrated how golf could build confidence, discipline, and life skills.

Kelley further expanded access to the game by creating the District 75 Summer Golf Program, an adaptive golf program for children with special needs. Working in partnership with the New York City Department of Education, she designed one of the world’s most successful adaptive golf programs, serving approximately 1,500 children each summer. Children with autism, Down syndrome, cerebral palsy, physical disabilities, and other developmental challenges have been introduced to golf through a program specifically designed around their abilities. Kelley also helped develop the Department of Education's adaptive "Fit for Life" golf curriculum, allowing thousands more students with disabilities to experience the game.

Through her junior golf programs, Kelley Brooke has introduced thousands of children to the game, creating opportunities for young people of all abilities to learn, play, and grow.

As a competitive player, Kelley enjoyed an exceptional amateur career. She won the Iowa High School State Championship and the Iowa State Junior Championship, competed nationally in USGA and AJGA events, and became the only high school player to qualify for the LPGA Rail Charity Classic, competing alongside the world's best professionals.

She continued her career at the University of Iowa, earning a full golf scholarship, All-Big Ten honors, and selection to the University World Cup Team, representing the United States in Sardinia, Italy. Following college, Kelley competed professionally on both the Futures Tour and the Players West Tour before dedicating her career to instruction, entrepreneurship, and golf operations.

Beyond the golf course, Kelley has become a respected voice within the golf industry. She has appeared regularly on Golf Channel, produced and hosted multiple golf television programs, been featured in Golf Digest and numerous national publications, and today serves as the weekly golf instructional columnist for Schnepps Media, where her articles appear in more than 100 newspapers and digital publications across Long Island.

Her vision continues to influence the future of golf, making her one of the industry's most accomplished entrepreneurs and respected leaders.
