Ron Mirro serves as Human Resources Manager for Brooke Management Group, providing oversight of human resources and administrative functions across BMG’s portfolio of public golf operations. Prior to joining BMG, Ron had an extensive career with the United States Postal Service in regional management, where he developed significant experience in personnel management, administration, reporting, and organizational operations.

Ron joined BMG in 2018 as Administrative Manager for the Bethpage State Park golf operations. Today, his responsibilities extend across Bethpage, Harbor Links, Montauk Downs, Pine Ridge, Merrick, and Lido. He oversees employee onboarding and personnel administration, payroll coordination, company policies and procedures, monthly reporting, administrative compliance, and communication with BMG’s State and municipal partners. Ron’s experience provides BMG with consistent human resources practices, strong administrative controls, and organizational accountability across its growing portfolio.
