OUTSIDE OPERATIONS MANAGER

Nick Saggese serves as Outside Operations Manager for Brooke Management Group, providing oversight of outside operations, facilities, equipment, and cart operations across BMG’s growing portfolio of golf facilities, including Bethpage State Park, Harbor Links Golf Course, Montauk Downs State Park Golf Course, Pine Ridge Golf Club, Merrick Golf Course, and Lido Golf Course.

With extensive hands-on experience in building, equipment, and facility maintenance, Nick works closely with BMG’s facility managers to ensure that the physical assets supporting each golf operation are properly maintained, organized, and operating efficiently. His responsibilities include oversight of golf cart fleets and cart operations, equipment maintenance, facility repairs, irrigation-related projects, and coordination of outside operational staff.

Nick has played an important role at Pine Ridge Golf Club, assisting BMG with the transition and improvement of the facility and supporting numerous operational and infrastructure projects as the property is upgraded.

Known for his hands-on management style and ability to quickly identify and resolve operational issues, Nick provides BMG with an experienced resource who can move between facilities as needs arise.
